Happy Thanksgiving

I have been so touched by the blogs with thankful post. Though this has been a very hard year for us, I have so much to be thankful for.

1. I have the most amazing family!! They are so supportive and helpful. We would not have survived without them and their help and prayers.
2. I am thankful for my six children. I feel so very blessed to have them in my life. I learn from them each and every day.
3. I am thankful for a wonderful husband. I am not an easy person to live with and he is so very patient with me and loves me in spite of my faults.
4. I am so very grateful to have the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life. For I know that through Him all things are possible.
5. I am grateful for the trials and struggles we have had this year for we have gained a greater appreciation for what is truly important in our lives.

Halloween

Fall Party at the Farm

We always love our trips to the farm. Aunt Karen and Uncle Larry are so generous and always plan fun things for the kids. We started the afternoon with a hayride so the kids could find pumpkins. After they found their pumpkins, we headed back and the kids painted them. The kids then participated in an obstacle course. They were timed to see who could go through the fastest. Mr. Competitive, Landon, (I have no idea where he gets that) had the fastest time out of the kids. All of the kids did great and had fun! Uncle Bruce spent his time with Cy and Piper on the big hay bales. He was exhausted, but they sure loved it. The kids then shot bow and arrows before it was time for dinner. For dinner we roasted hotdogs over the fire and had chili followed by my favorite, s'mores. It was a great, fun night for all except Zack who was stuck at home on the floor. Thank you Aunt Karen and Uncle Larry!!

Our Sweet Adaleigh

I couldn't ask for a more perfect baby. She is an absolute angel. We all love our little Adaleigh!!

Embroidery

I have been busy making things for family and friends with my mom's embroidery machine. With the holidays approaching and a lack of income around here (Zack has not been able to work for three weeks because of his back), I am going to try to earn a little extra money by doing embroidery. If you need any gifts or holiday shirts, please let me know. One of the popular things I have been doing are fleece blankets with names on them. I have a ton of designs and fonts. I will try to get more pictures on here soon of Thanksgiving and Christmas designs. If you have any questions, feel free to email me fowlerz@bellsouth.net.
