Week 6 Results

Three weeks in a row!!! Steve and Gretchen won again. This week the top three were very, very close.

1st place: Steve and Gretchen 1.628%
2nd place: Zack and McKenzie 1.622%
3rd place: Luke and Cara 1.609%
4th place: John and Laura .678%
5th place: Bruce and Brandi

New Phase

We are entering a new phase with the twins and I don't know if I am ready or not. These two are climbers and into everything. Pipers favorite place is under the dining room table. She crawls through the chairs to her spot and just sits there. Cy loves pulling himself up on anything and everything. He is so proud of himself when he does. They both crawl up the steps (still waiting for my husband to bring the tools home so we can put up the big gate in front of the steps). The other day Cy climbed up on Logan's toddler bed. I am grateful these two are behind my other kids in the walking area. With two, I am grateful to take these changes slowly.

More to Life

There has got to be more to my life than this crazy Biggest Loser competition. That is all I have blogged about in the past few weeks. Even though it does consume almost every thought of every second of every day, there is more to blog about. I will try to catch up!!

Week 5 Results

Steve and Gretchen are on fire!!! They are leaving everybody behind!! They had another awesome week with big weight loses. Zack had a great weight loss and John and Laura had good loses. For the rest of us, we don't need to say anymore. I will say nobody gained!!!

1st place: Steve and Gretchen 2.108%
2nd place: Zack and McKenzie 1.496%
3rd place: John and Laura 1.490%
4th place: Bruce and Brandi .18%
5th place: Luke and Cara .022%

For me, hopefully things are looking better. I went to my "voodoo" doctor today and she confirmed I have some serious issues going on. I have got to get my body better. I was so looking forward to eating better, exercising and feeling better. After five weeks, the feeling better part still hasn't happened. Hopefully after my visit today, I can take her suggestions and get some things working!!! Anything is worth a shot at this point.

Murfreesboro Post

I was soooooo excited yesterday to get a call from the Murfreesboro Post saying they want to do a story on our business!!! I tried to stay calm when she asked me if that is something we would want to do. I read about new businesses in there every Sunday and was hoping one day they would respond and want to do an article on us!!! They are coming to the shop tomorrow-photographer and all. Hopefully this will be a great way to get our name out there. Every little bit helps!!!

Week 4 Results

This competition has really been alot of fun! It is fun to be doing something that is making each of us better and healthier. Hopefully it is a great jump start and we can continue with a better lifestyle. I must admit I had to give in and have a Blizzard tonight. I couldn't resist any longer. Just means more time on the treadmill for me!!!

Week 3 Results

Well, the results are in. We seem to be losing fewer and fewer pounds each week as a whole. This week we lost a total of 31.1 lbs. Still great everyone is still losing.

1st place: Zack and McKenzie 2.29%
2nd place: John and Laura 1.87%
3rd place: Luke and Cara 1.049%
4th place: Bruce and Brandi 1.041%
5th place: Steve and Gretchen 1.002%

Zack and I both have lost almost 20 lbs.(19.6 and 19.8 to be exact) each. Zack is feeling great and is doing great! We still both have alot of weight to lose, so hopefully we can keep going strong for the next 7 weeks. Hopefully I can get some personal issues taken care of and feel better. I am ready for some more energy!!!
