I survived
Our ward activity, "A Night in Bethlehem", is over and I think a great success. I had lots of fun planning and everyone seemed to have an enjoyable time. Meghan took lots of pictures so I will post soon. Landon was one of the wisemen and Mia was an angel. I was planning on leaving them at home with Zack, but they have helped me decorate for the past two days that I couldn't deny them the full experience. One of my wisemen was sick, so Landon was a perfect substitute. Mia said this was the best night ever! Thanks to all those that helped by donating supplies, decorating tables, watching my children, participating in the program, bringing food, giving me ideas, decorating, and cleaning up!!! I couldn't have done it alone and appreciate all the support. Look for pictures soon.

Sweet jabbers
People ask me all the time how the twins act towards each other. When they were newborns, they loved to be snuggled next to each other. As they have gotten bigger they don't really seem to pay that much attention to each other. Sometimes they will steal a binky or toy from the other one or if mommy picks up one but not the other they get jealous. We moved them into their own cribs when Cy started rolling over. This morning I could hear talking (baby talk) in their room. I wasn't sure if it was both of them or just one of them. I quietly walked into their room to find them talking to each other. They were at the end of their cribs that face each other just talking and laughing. It was so cute and sweet. Of course it all ended when they realized mommy was around. I look forward to watching how they interact with each other as they get older.

They are asleep
Well the boys finally stopped talking and went to sleep. I am caught up on my posting, so bedtime for me. Goodnight!
Family
On Monday, December 3rd, Mama Kate, my mom's mother, passed away. She fell the Friday after Thanksgiving and broke her leg. She was not able to recover. As hard as it is to lose a loved one, I know she is in a better place and is no longer suffering. We had a service in honor of her on Thursday. It was great to see cousins and other family members and friends I had not seen in awhile.
Mary Kathryn and her sweet family flew in at midnight Monday night. We have had a great week playing with Alexis and Hailey. Though it is crazy at times, it is so fun to see the cousins together.
I am so grateful for the knowledge I have that families can be together forever. I know that I will be with my family forever. That is such a comfort to me. I love my family very much and enjoyed the opportunity we had to be together this week.

Ornament Party
We had a great night of food, fun, and laughter! The food was great. The ornaments were very cute. (I hope you can get an idea from the picture) It is always great to get together with friends. It is not very often that we get to sit and talk and actually finish a conversation. This is one night I look forward to all year! Thanks girls for great ornaments and lots of fun!!

So far behind
I am so far behind on my posting. I am sitting here at my computer listening to Landon, Chase, and Connor. C and C are staying the night with us tonight. It is so funny to listen to the conversations of 5, 6, and 7 year old boys. I will try to catch up on my posting while I wait for them to go to sleep.
