Snow, Snow, Snow

We got about four inches of snow last night!! The younger kids lasted a few hours with playing and helping with the igloo. Zack, Landon, and Mia were devoted to getting the igloo done. After many hours of working they were finally finished.

We are enjoying our snow day and already know we get another day off tomorrow!! YIPEE!!

We headed to Clarksville this weekend for a wrestling tournament. We took Trevin with us. Zack and the boys left at 5:00am to get there in time for weigh-ins. Dad and I followed to get there for wrestling.

All three boys ended up with two medals for the day!!

Landon wrestled in his age group and got 1st. He teched or pinned each of his guys. He wrestled up an age group and got 2nd. He wrestled awesome!!

Logan wrestled in his age group and got 3rd. He wrestled up an age group and got 4th.

Trevin wrestled in his age group and got 3rd. He wrestled up an age group and got 1st. This little guy can wrestle!!

It was a very long day, but I love watching these boys wrestle!!!

Sunbeams

Piper and Cy are now Sunbeams!! They are so excited to be in Primary with Landon, Mia, and Logan. They have the most fabulous teacher so the adjustment has been easy! I just can't believe how big they are getting.

Happy New Year

Nothing better than spending a day playing Just Dance 2 and Mario Kart.

I should have known she was up to something when there wasn't any crying. She was happy for a brief moment so I didn't even care. Cereal bag dumped on floor, oatmeal packets opened and dumped out, and grits packets opened and dumped out. One big mess worth one minute of happiness from my cranky little girl!!

Then it was show time!!!

Logan was the drummer.

Landon jumped in on guitar.

Cy just being crazy!

Piper relaxing on Daddy's back.

And I even got a smile from Adaleigh

We had to take time for Wrestling Drills.

Then it was a must that everyone eat atleast one blackeye pea. This was an easy task for everyone but Cy. Everyone else had bowls full. Poor Cy struggled getting one down. He really wanted Sparkling Grape Juice, so we used that to get him to eat it. He is giving it his all to keep it in.

Really trying to chew

I think he swallowed it but is trying not to throw it back up.

"But Mom, I loved it!"

Despite the few who are sick we had a great start to a New Year!!
